Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-call, no-shows will also be charged 100% of the service total. This policy allows me to respect everyone’s time and offer availability to those on my waitlist. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
